About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead the process of continuous improvement in line with Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences across Queensland. This position requires extensive travel both within Queensland.
You must be able to demonstrate your comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector to be able to support the Residential Managers in maintaining compliance to relevant aged care legislation, including compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a quality role within the aged care environment
* Demonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understanding
* Experience in the development and implementation of quality systems, and continuous improvements processes
* Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation process
* Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
* Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience required
* Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
* Be able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
* Practical aged care experience in a clinical role
* Deliver measurable improvements in service quality
* AHPRA Registered Nurse
