Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, specialising in fire doors. As a sales representative will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Flexibility to work from our Sydney, Mittagong or Goulburn office.
Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
* Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction industry.
* Knowledge of fire doors, advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcome objections and convert leads into opportunities.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Inquisitive mindset.
