About the role
We are seeking a senior Chef to join our dynamic team at the Margaret River Brewhouse. As a Sous chef, you will be working alongside our executive chef, head chef and Senior Sous Chef in the daily operation of our kitchen. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to step up and advance in their career.
What you'll be doing
Working with a mature and supportive kitchen team.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant or pub environment.
Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety.
Creativity and passion for producing high-quality food.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
