An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Psychologist to fill the position within the Forensic Mental Health Team (FMHT). As a member of a multidisciplinary team, provide a culturally appropriate assessment and treatment service to FMHT patients.
Central Australia Mental Health Services delivers public mental health services through a number of interdependent specialist multi‐disciplinary mental health teams based in Alice Springs and Tennant Creek. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly interesting clinical field within a positive and supportive team environment.

The Alice Springs Hospital is a major referral and teaching hospital for Central Australia, serving a population of more than 42,000 people in the area exceeding a million square kilometres, covering more than 60 per cent of the Northern Territory and extending into the bordering areas of South Australia and Western Australia.
