The Role:
You'll play a key hands on role in building, maintaining and evolving our website and connected digital platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll deliver scalable, reliable and user focused technical solutions while helping shape how this function operates across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and enhance website features using PHP (Craft), JavaScript (including React), HTML and CSS (Tailwind preferred)
Extend and optimise headless CMS platforms including Craft CMS and BigCommerce
Translate business and stakeholder requirements into practical digital solutions
Collaborate with agency partners to build reusable code and scalable solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a focus on security, accessibility and performance
Contribute to Dynamics 365 portal development using Liquid and web APIs
Provide technical leadership and input into the future direction of our website ecosystem
Support planning, estimation, documentation, testing and continuous improvement
Strong skills in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript including React
Your Profile:
You're a confident and capable developer who enjoys autonomy, problem solving and working closely with non technical stakeholders. You're comfortable taking ownership and explaining complex concepts in a clear and approachable way. In addition to this, you will bring:
Experience with headless CMS platforms, Craft CMS highly regarded
Exposure to Liquid templating and Dynamics 365 portals is an advantage
A self directed approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Solid troubleshooting and analytical capability
Familiarity with modern workflows including Git, Jira or Asana
