**Role Overview**
You will be responsible for providing phone-based and virtual support to advisers regarding queries surrounding superannuation products
- Build long term relationships with Advisers
- Handle all inbound queries from Advisers
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries within a timely manner
- Identify trends in queries and recommend solutions
- Hold an in-depth understanding on the super product and platform
- Identify areas for improvement across the service process
- Visit advice firms to build long term relationships
**Skills & Experience**
- Prior relevant experience within a financial planning or superannuation client services role
- Relevant university degree desirable
- RG 146 or DFP is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Solid phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
