Responsibilities include:
- Deliver hands-on support in building and maintaining client IT environments, including software, cloud, and data platforms.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems that handle data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Support infrastructure operations and the client’s IT service desk, ensuring stability and responsiveness.
- Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to validate system quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong with Python programming
- Experienced in working with RESTful APIs with a good understanding of various approaches of passing the data
- Strong with SQL queries and related Databases.
- Works with other teams to lock down the interface/swagger specifications
- Strong with Github, Postman, Bruno, Deployment packages.
- Experienced with Salesforce integration.
- Intermediate proficiency in Workday Projects Billing.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Additional Requirements
- Experienced with GT platform - Design, Build and Test.
- Good billing domain knowledge - Account, Products, Usage, Payments, Invoicing, Collections management
- Good billing domain knowledge for Workday integration usecases
- Collaborates very well with Offshore build team
