Pork Products Handling Role
The role of laborers and packers is crucial in ensuring the safe handling and processing of pork products.
Responsibilities:
* Trim, slice, and perform basic butchering tasks to handle pork products safely.
* Process meat products to standards as part of a team.
* Operate production machinery such as infeed systems and carcase scanning equipment.
* Assist with quartering carcasses and transporting them to the packing area.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Shifts are available in various departments, including offal rooms, value add areas, boning rooms, and night shifts.
