We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to fill the role of Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and community to develop skills, independence, and friendships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to clients with varying levels of ability
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
* Encourage clients to participate in activities based on their interests and goals
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 shifts per week availability
* Experience working with people with disabilities or a related field
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and client management software
* Right to work in Australia
* NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Valid First Aid & CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
* Rélevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health, or related field
* Auslan skills or willingness to learn
