Job Overview
We offer integrated drill and blast services with full Rock on Ground capabilities, covering survey and blast design, markout, drilling, bulk explosives supply, and firing of blasts.
Our team provides expertise in the civil, mining and quarrying sectors to clients who require our services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish exclusion zones with appropriate signage.
2. Follow all instructions on the blast site from the shotfirer and/or supervisor.
3. Ensure site and equipment cleanliness.
4. Uphold safety standards in the designated area.
5. Perform any other duties as required by a supervisor/manager from time to time.
6. Requirements:
7. Australian Open Class manual driver's license.
8. Proficiency in using computers and operating systems.
9. Physical agility to undertake extended periods of walking, carrying, and bending.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Willingness and ability to pass a national police check.
12. Successful completion of a medical assessment.
13. Desirable experience in the quarry or mining industry.
