Delivering Marketing Effectiveness
This role supports the implementation of marketing strategies across Consumer, Business, and Enterprise segments.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering marketing effectively, responsibly, and in line with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage marketing budgets to ensure financial governance, accuracy, and compliance.
* Coordinate procurement processes, including guiding stakeholders through requirements and drafting or coordinating contracts with new vendors.
* Assist with the onboarding and training of team members on operational processes and best practices.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support the day-to-day management of agency and vendor partnerships.
* Participate in agency utilisation and performance meetings to ensure efficient resource use.
* Support the management and optimisation of marketing operations platforms, including user access and training.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing operations, coordinator, or agency-side role.
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisation and project coordination skills.
* Confidence working across budgets, procurement tools, and marketing platforms.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to improve how things are done.
* The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Commercial, or Marketing.
