Job Responsibilities:
1 Provide on-site installation, commissioning guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions; coordinate the RMA (return merchandise authorization) process and failure analysis for faulty components.
2 Maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to technical inquiries, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
3 Lead technical training programs for customers and internal teams; build and maintain a technical knowledge base while optimizing service standards and processes.
4 Cross-functional collaboration and compliance management: Work closely with R&D and delivery teams to optimize product design, provide post-sales feedback and improvement suggestions; ensure energy storage systems comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of technical support or service management experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry; candidates with overseas project experience will be prioritized.
• In-depth knowledge of energy storage system principles and application scenarios (e.g., PV inverters, PCS/power conversion systems, batteries, etc.).
Skills:
• Able to independently conduct technical communication (both verbal and written) and prepare professional documentation.
• Proficient in technical solution design, data analysis, and market research.
Other Preferences:
• Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
