Seeking an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start

With the business expanding and a second factory being opened, they are seeking motivated, results driven, and aspiring people to join their support team to play part in the success. They are family run business and have a great enjoyable working environment. They are currently seeking a Office Administrator for their team.
**Your new role**
- Working alongside the General Manager and oversee operations of the business
- Have a direct impact to the development and success of the business
- Prepare weekly payroll
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Responsible for managing and supporting corporate staff
- Manage staff functions and activities to promote positive office/team culture
- HR duties - onboarding and offboarding staff, maintain apprentice and employee files
- Maintain and develop relationships with client base including architects & builders
- Assist with WH&S documents and procedures
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role
- Construction / Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Great business acumen
- Proactive and innovative mind
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Observant and self-motivated at all times
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Great organisation skills
- Willingness to learn and embrace changes and new challenges
