Role: Azure Dotnet Engineer
Location: Melbourne
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Skills required: .NET, Azure, C#
Key Responsibilities:
Working in a mixed environment Legacy .NET Framework platform with Migrating to modern .NET on Azure
Focus on both migration and cleanup, not just feature work Key responsibilities
Clean up and refactor legacy code from the previous owner, lift overall code quality
Support the migration from on-prem to Azure
Work in an event-driven, containerised environment with Kubernetes and alerting in place
Own full-stack delivery - Backend in modern .NET, Front end currently Angular, with potential to move to React or Blazor as the roadmap is finalised
Strong engineers who are comfortable working in a messy, long-lived system and leaving it in a much better state
Hands-on experience with Modern .NET and Azure, Event-driven patterns, Containers and Kubernetes
Front-end capable across Angular today, and happy to adapt if you switch to React or Blazor
