What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the first voice our customers hear. You'll:
* Help people manage their accounts and solve everyday banking questions
* Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with plenty of support
* Use your products and services knowledge to recommend products appropriate to the individual needs of the customer
What We're Looking For
* Great phone communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone
* A calm, logical approach to problem-solving
* Willingness to learn and grow, be self-motivated and independent
* A reliable team player who's ready to make a difference
* Willingness to work on Fridays as one of your rostered days
