About Us: Bryan Industries is a locally owned and operated manufacturing business specialising in workshop fabrication, onsite services, equipment overhauls, labour and equipment hire, engineering design and certification, transport frames and preservation and blast and painting services throughout Queensland.
Location: Paget Workshop
Employment Type: Full-Time/Casual Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform abrasive blasting and industrial painting on a range of equipment and components.
* Prepare surfaces for coating including cleaning, masking and inspection.
* Mix and apply coatings in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
* Operate blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain high-quality workmanship to meet company and client standards.
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
* Assist with general workshop duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in abrasive blasting and industrial painting preferred.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Understanding of workplace safety practices.
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
* Willingness to work overtime as required.
