What You'll Be Doing
What You'll Be Doing You'll Play a Central Part In Designing And Delivering HR Systems And Documentation, Shaping Culture, And Guiding Managers And Employees Through Day-to-day People Matters. Your Work Will Cover
Policy, Process & Documentation
Developing and maintaining people policies, procedures and HR frameworks.
Preparing employment contracts, contractor agreements, position descriptions and compliance documentation.
Ensuring HR records are accurate, secure and aligned with legislative requirements.
HR Advisory & Employee Support
Providing timely, practical guidance to employees and leaders on performance, conduct, wellbeing, leave and employee relations.
Supporting managers with people issues while ensuring best practice and compliance.
Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, WHS and all relevant HR/IR obligations.
Monitoring legislative changes and advising the leadership team.
Managing checks such as police clearances, working rights and other role-specific verifications.
Culture, Engagement & Performance
Supporting performance review and capability frameworks.
Helping drive culture initiatives across teams in both Perth and Melbourne.
Providing insights and reports to strengthen organisational capability and engagement.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is confident working across both operational HR and culture-building. You'll thrive here if you're empathetic, detail-focused and enjoy translating organisational needs into practical HR solutions.
Essential Experience
Strong understanding of HR and IR legislation.
Experience preparing HR documentation, including policies, contracts and position descriptions.
Confident supporting managers and employees on people matters with maturity and discretion.
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage employee relations issues professionally.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Relevant HR, IR, Business or related qualifications.
Nice to have
Experience in not-for-profit or purpose-led environments.
Familiarity with contractor or volunteer engagement.
Exposure to WHS and wellbeing initiatives.
Experience building HR frameworks in a growing organisation.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
