About the role
The Warehouse Manager will effectively manage the warehouses for all stock movements inwards and outwards on a daily basis. They will have a strong focus on continuous improvements, production levels, product availability, and preparation of customer orders. This role will also involve managing all warehouse staff to optimize their productivity while meeting all Health Safety & Environment objectives and contributing to Natrio's strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee all warehouse and production activities, ensuring efficient loading/unloading and fulfillment targets.
* Allocate resources and manage subcontractors for vessel unloading, minimizing delays and ensuring safety compliance.
* Supervise staff scheduling, daily operations, and maintain productivity standards.
* Coordinate inventory, supply ordering, and accurate documentation of goods movement.
* Ensure compliance with maintenance, health, and safety regulations across facilities and equipment.
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
* Lead and support warehouse projects and contribute to broader team initiatives.
* Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiative, while ensuring we maintain our strong customer and safety focus.
Our ideal candidate
* Understanding of Warehouse & Logistics processes, operations and distribution.
* A tertiary qualification in a related field and/or related work experience
* Experience in warehousing analysis/analytics and reporting functions
* Experience with the supply and redistribution of bulk commodities.
* Forklift licence, container forklift licence, front end loader licence or VOC.
* Minimum 5-8 years' experience in warehousing with safety management, panning, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
* Sound computer skills, Office 365, Warehouse Management systems.
