About The Role

ACMI is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute and manage brand and marketing campaigns across ACMI's ticketed exhibitions and programs. This role forms part of ACMI's Marketing team, which includes two Marketing Managers, a Marketing Coordinator, and an Audience Development Manager. Responsibility for exhibitions and programs is shared across the two Marketing Managers, with campaigns divided according to workload, skills, and organisational priorities. Together, the team delivers ACMI's integrated marketing strategy. This is a full time fixed term role (Nov 2025 – May 2026 parental leave cover) reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing.


What You'll Bring To The Role

* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Arts Management or similar with performing arts marketing experience, or similar high campaign volume/ commercial marketing experience in the entertainment industry.
* Experience in marketing international seasons or tours of performing arts or entertainment product outside of the Australian market. Desirable, but not essential.
* Proven success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns that are customer focused and deliver commercial targets.
* Experience in above-the-line advertising/media buying, social network marketing tactics, unique digital content development, the print production process, integration of publicity into a marketing campaign and all other aspects required in the delivery of complete marketing strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

* Full-time fixed term role (Nov 2025 – May 2026 parental leave cover). Grade 4.1 role with a starting salary of $97,955 plus super.
