Key Responsibilities
* Providing medication administration, personal hygiene, mobility support, and social engagement
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to implement individualised care plans
* Fostering a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that celebrates residents' uniqueness and supports their cognitive, physical, and emotional needs
* Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
* Current Medication Endorsement for medication administration
* Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in providing person-centred care to older adults, particularly those living with dementia
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team
* A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine commitment to promoting the wellbeing and quality of life for residents
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
