In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's presence in the market. A key part of your role will be implementing our "always on" brand campaign activity, which is critical for keeping our brand top of mind. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all product campaign activities are not only effective but are also perfectly aligned with our brand strategy to drive commercial success.
You will be a key player in ensuring our brand is consistently and brilliantly executed across all marketing initiatives. This means working closely with our Marketing Managers, Marketing Project Managers and the Centres of Excellence teams. You'll also act as a vital point of contact for our retail network, providing them with essential support on all matters of brand application and consistency. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in campaign marketing, a strong understanding of the media landscape, be familiar with brand architecture, and have a solid grasp of the role brand plays in full-funnel marketing.
You'll be joining a small, collaborative, and supportive team. We pride ourselves on our extensive subject matter expertise, and we're always eager to share our knowledge. This role can be based in our Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, working in a hybrid model with a minimum local Head Office attendance requirement determined by your Leader, to find a rhythm that works best for you and your team. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn, stay connected and collaborate effectively, especially for key activities like team days, 1:1s, and town halls.
