Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Management Officer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn everything about our services, strong communication and literacy skills to develop web-based reference materials, and effective communication skills.
This role requires strong analytical skills to support the improvement of user's online experiences and online customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
* Develop web-based reference materials
* Communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders
* Identify and act on business requirements and improvement opportunities
* Review processes to optimize service delivery
* Advocate for quality
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Journalism, Public Administration)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in content management or a related field
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective communication and literacy skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
