Bond University: Elite & Club Sport Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the Bond Elite Sport Program, Sport Scholarship program, and Club Sports.
* Supervise the Club Sports Program Officer and coordinate with the Bond Sport Recruitment Manager.
* Collaborate with various departments and student groups to develop sport programs.
* Report to the Director of Sport and manage additional casual staff during peak periods.
This role requires occasional after-hours work and involves significant interaction with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of sport programs.
About the Person:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Sport, Recruitment, or Event Management with experience in the sport, education, or recruitment/recreation fields.
* Highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting work demands.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with university students.
* Excellent customer service skills, including high-level oral and written communication.
* Well-developed organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We would also value:
* A current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
* Knowledge of and/or experience in a tertiary environment.
* An understanding of Work, Health, and Safety practices.
* A current Driver's Licence.
The salary for the position commences at $93,419.65 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
