We are looking for an Integrated Brand Manager for the Biopharma business who will drive the growth and operational efficiency of Biopharma’s commercial activities in Australia and New Zealand, and lead the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement across both markets.
What your main responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
* Support strategic planning initiatives including product launches, pipeline development, and the annual PSP process.
* Manage digital marketing and customer communication activities, events, and programs.
* Coordinate patient and clinician support programs through several platforms.
* Design and adapt promotional materials in compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines.
* Oversee marketing communications and customer experience related to product compliance and utilization.
* Contribute to sales and operations planning through content development and stakeholder communication.
* Coordinate business services through administration contract management processes with key partners across the public and private sector.
* Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
* Provide market insights and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support business goals.
* Lead internal reporting processes to support the growth and development of the Biopharma business.
Who you are

* You have studied a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.
* You possess strong marketing and sales capabilities, along with the ability to train and educate internal and external stakeholders.
* You have experience working in commercial life sciences, ideally within a multinational or healthcare environment, and bring a creative digital skillset.
* You speak and work effectively across cultures, aligning global directives with local expectations to achieve business outcomes.
* You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining high performance under pressure.
