Description
Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product displays.
Collaborate with the retail team to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
Maintain visual standards across multiple locations across Perth and central locations.
Provide training and guidance to store teams on merchandising principles.
Coordinate and oversee promotional displays and seasonal setups.
Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
Profile
Previous experience in retail, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer preferences
High attention to detail with a creative mindset and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life
Strong client service mindset with a commitment to excellence
Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving performance outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, stores or presentations
