Claims Assistant Role
This role involves providing exceptional service and claims administration support to our Loss Adjusters.
* You will set up and manage new claims in our system, update review notes, process payments, and communicate with stakeholders via calls and emails.
Important qualifications include previous administration or customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, motivation to build a career in insurance, and a willingness to learn.
