Job Vacancy: Spare Parts Interpreter
About the role
Traction Ag is seeking a talented Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Naracoorte, SA. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural machinery customers and ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment.
What you'll be doing
Interpreting and processing customer & workshop orders for spare parts, accessories and components
Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert product advice
Maintaining comprehensive inventory records and stock levels to meet customer and in-house demands
Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Collaborating with the wider team to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive or agricultural machinery industries is preferred but not essential
Aptitude to learn core product knowledge and understanding of a wide range of spare parts and components
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
A collaborative team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service
A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to customer sites as required
