Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in IT support, preferably in a managed service provider environment.
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and security.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor others and manage competing priorities.
