**About You**
You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.
**As Baker** you will ideally have a minimum of one years experience working with dough techniques - mixing, moulding and or oven work.
**As Baker** you are qualified and will be trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.
Alternatively you are an **Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant **wanting to complete qualification or seeking an on the job mentoring and training program.
- You possess good numeracy, positive attitude, ability to be a team player as well as be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly.
- Skills and experience in other areas of baking highly regarded.

**Experience**:
- Baking or Food Processing: 1 year (preferred)
