About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services to patients, including direction on rehabilitation programs, splinting/plastering/fitting of orthoses or other devices, use of electrotherapy modalities or hydrotherapy pools where required, as well as providing advice and recommendations to other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide physiotherapy services to patients in accordance with professional standards and guidelines
* To assess and develop treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions
* To conduct regular assessments and reviews of patient progress
* To maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
* Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum of 2 years full-time post graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent)
* Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
