About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Director who values freedom, purpose, and meaningful connections more than titles or salaries. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone in the later stage of their career who already has strong professional relationships across Western Australia — especially within local government, not-for-profits, and service organisations. You’ll act as a trusted connector — opening doors, guiding conversations, and introducing Bhani Consulting to organisations that can benefit from our services. You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll have the autonomy to work at your pace, from wherever you are, and make a tangible impact on organisations that truly need guidance in their digital journey.
