Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Advice Provide high-level advice to senior leadership on contract risks, procurement priorities, and sector trends Support business case development, procurement strategies, and contract evaluations Deliver training and guidance on best-practice contract management Contribute to policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Contract Management Oversee performance, compliance, KPIs, milestones, and risk management for critical service contracts Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Orgs Conduct contractual analysis, dispute resolution, and manage contract variations and extensions Monitor and report on contract health, performance data, and deliverables aligned with government priorities Profile About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience managing high-risk and complex contracts within government or community sectors Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels Proven ability to lead evaluations, performance reviews, and contract dispute resolution Knowledge of public sector procurement and contract governance frameworks High attention to detail, analytic capability, and a solutions-focused mindset Job Offer Why Apply?
