LIONS@springwood is the official social club of the Brisbane Lions based in Springwood. Our venue offers over 200 state of the art gaming machines, TAB facilities, our Cage Bar with plenty of TVs for the sport fans, the 5th Quarter Restaurant with an incredible variety of meals to suit everyone and an enclosed kids area.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide outstanding service to our patrons including but not limited to seating customers, taking and delivering food and drink orders and cash register duties
* Ensure an exceptional standard of cleanliness through the Gaming area
* Always observe and enforce RSA and RSG procedures and legislation at all times
* Monitor patron behaviour and spending identifying any potential issues
* Cashier function including receipt and processing of coins, notes and pay-out vouchers
What you will need to be successful:
* Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar style of venue with gaming machines
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
* Collaborative and dynamic team player with a strong work ethic
* Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
* High-level of personal presentation, grooming and hygiene
* Ability to work shifts across a 7-day per week roster including night shifts
