The RoleStep into a leadership role where community, connection, and quality of life truly matter.
Meadowvale Retirement Village — set across 20 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in the heart of Pakenham — offers an exceptional environment for a Village Manager who is passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and supportive place for residents to call home.

As the leader of this welcoming community, you'll oversee a village that offers a diverse range of independent living options, from elegant villas to supportive serviced apartments. Meadowvale is rich with life: a vibrant network of resident groups, social activities, and thoughtfully designed amenities that bring people together and foster a sense of belonging.

Its prime location, with easy access to shopping, essential services, and transport, means residents enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful, garden‑style living and everyday convenience — and you'll be at the centre of ensuring this experience remains exceptional.

Make Room for Kindness: Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving
Find the Fun: Plan and oversee a variety of engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes. Creativity and fun are your middle names
Lead with Heart: Lead a passionate team of staff who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.
