Servicing and Repair Expert
Deliver quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
* Utilize latest field-based mobile technology to assist in managing daily work schedule.
* Input inventory on Company allocated service van & at customer sites.
* Maintain accurate service records of work performed.
This role plays a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with mechanical equipment and ability to perform servicing and repairs.
2. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers.
3. Able to maintain accurate records of work performed.
4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
