The Role:
* Provide intervention to participants living with various disabilities according to the needs of the business.
* Ensure a high standard of clinical care congruent with the values of Access Foundation.
* Developing plans and reports required for NDIS plans.
* therapist to work with people across all walks of life to provide a range of supports and services to NDIS participants, including:
* Assistive technology (aids and equipment)
* Home modifications
* Assessment of personal support needs (personal care)
* Housing assessments for participants requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation
* Orientation and mobility training
* Mental Health Well-being
* The whole life of personal planning
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* Full relevant registration
* Excellent knowledge of evidence-based practice within the area of the relevant field.
* Awareness of the principles of person-centred practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High levels of computer literacy
* Working with Children Check
* Sound Knowledge of the NDIS (Training provided)
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module (Quality, Safety, & You)
* NDIS Worker Screening check (will cover a police clearance)
* Full Driving License
