From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here - providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.Position Title: Business Operation Co-ordinatorLocation: CaloundraEmployment Type: Part time - 22.8 hoursClassification: SCHADS Level 4The role :As a Business Operations Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in managing effective delivery of high-quality administration support to a service assisting victim survivors of Family Violence with complex needs.The Business Operations role will also support the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure site processes align with Salvation Army policies and procedures.Key responsibilities:Providing comprehensive office administration support to ensure the smooth operation of QLD FV Services, in collaboration with the Regional Manager and leadership team across Queensland. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication, handling phone calls, and producing high-quality correspondence, reports, and documents.Maintaining a methodical record system for finance-related tasks such as fleet management, voucher distribution, and accounts payable. Providing administrative support to management and staff throughout Queensland.Overseeing the maintenance and servicing of building and office equipment, and organizing purchases when necessary.Managing quality systems, including archiving, form presentation, LEARN administration, and mobile/phone systems.Managing site-related IT tasks, coordinating induction of new starters, and maintaining site and security registers, including issuing staff ID tags.Adhering to WHS legislation, TSA WHS guidelines, and relevant policies and requirements.Must have :A Working with Children (Blue Card) Vulnerable People CheckA QLD Driver's LicenceProof of eligibility to work in AustraliaRelevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business AdministrationExperience working in NFP and/or Family Violence sector (highly regarded)Proficiency in IT systems and software, including MS OfficeStrong time management, organisational, and administrative skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data professionallyHow to ApplyIf you're excited about this opportunity, have a heart for transforming lives, and meet the essential requirements, we would love to hear from you.
