* Design and implement technology solutions tailored for HR systems.
* Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications.
* Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.
* Engage in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls.
* Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities.
Responsibilities Include
* Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business, technical, and non-functional requirements
* Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs
* Define system components, integration patterns, data flows, and technology standards
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure alignment
* Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements Produce and maintain architecture artefacts including solution diagrams and design documentation Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches - Support delivery teams during build, test, and deployment phases - Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles
* Strong experience designing complex application and integration solutions
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms, application architectures, and system integrations
* Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience producing clear and concise architecture documentation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and delivery considerations
* Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
* Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
