Technical skills We’re looking for a leader with strong Full-Stack foundations and a passion for modern engineering. You might not tick every box, every time, but you bring depth in several of these areas and a willingness to learn the rest: Front-end expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications using React and/or Angular. Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management (e.g. Redux, Context API), responsive and accessible design, and automated testing frameworks. Experience with design systems and delivering high-quality, customer-centric user experiences at scale Back-end development: Proven ability to design, build and optimise scalable, secure services and APIs using .NET (C#/.NET Core), including robust database design (SQL/NoSQL), integration patterns, performance tuning and implementation of secure, well-structured RESTful and/or GraphQL endpoints. Experience with cloud-native patterns (preferably AWS), microservices and event-driven architectures is highly valued Full-Stack delivery: Demonstrated capability to deliver end-to-end solutions by integrating frontend and backend layers, managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), applying best-practice automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and collaborating across disciplines (product, design, quality engineering, SRE) to ship robust, customer-facing features from concept to production. Familiarity with DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and foundational SRE practices is highly regarded.
