Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, your main responsibilities will include property management, data entry, and providing a high level of customer service.

About You You will consider yourself a well-organized, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional with the ability to meet the following criteria:
Accommodation management experience is essential. Administration experience supporting a very fast-paced team. Ability to multitask, take direction, and adapt to change. Team player who is responsible, collaborative, an excellent communicator, and a good listener. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to listen to customer needs, exceed expectations, and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly manner.
