Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Verify data coverage for securities and benchmarks by analyzing requirements and collaborating with internal teams.
* Offer consultations to clients on portfolio data modeling best practices and provide guidance on applying proxy information effectively.
* Assist clients in ensuring data conformance and validation testing, workflow management, and reviewing the accuracy and quality of risk and compliance reports.
* Provide initial levels of training on product usage to new resources at client's end, act as a liaison, and source of feedback to various groups, and help determine implementation needs of clients.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
* Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Self-reliant, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of and experience with a variety of information technologies is preferred.
* Good understanding of financial products, portfolio management theory, and risk management techniques.
* Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting.
