Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
This role could suit a school leaver or gap year applicant.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
* Schedule appointments and meetings
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
* Provide Leave Cover for other admin roles within JMH Group
* Basic routine finance tasks
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Selection Criteria:
* Graduated Year 11 as a minimum with C passes in English and Math
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Formal qualifications in a business related field will be highly regarded but are not essential
* Applicants must reside in Geraldton or the surrounding districts to be considered for this role
