Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience in sales and customer relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing our customer base across QLD, NSW and South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with the workshop, warehouse and administration teams to coordinate customer requirements and deliver high-quality results.
* Manage your own business development budget and associated targets to contribute towards our growth.
What We're Looking For:
* A self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in heavy earthmoving or undercarriage is highly desirable.
* Ability to travel regularly, as required.
