About your new role:
* Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
* Work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
* Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
* Building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
* You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
A little about you
* A Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
* Experience in an early childhood setting.
* A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
* The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
* The ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
