**Please note this position is for a period of 12 months with the potential for a permanent position.We have full time hours available but would consider part time.Key responsibilities include:Supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding processesProviding basic advice and support to employees and managers on HR related queriesLead initiatives aimed to improve employee engagement, communication and wellbeingSupport improvement projects within the People and Culture teamMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsProvide administrative support in preparation of contracts, letters and file notes for Senior HRQualifications/experience required:Cert IV in Human Resources or equivalent experienceCurrently working in HR with at least 2-3 years' experience in a generalist roleWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
