Roles & Responsibilities
Currently there is an opportunity for a Senior lawyer with 8+ years of experience, a mid‑range lawyer with 3+ years of experience, and a graduate. As a senior lawyer you will independently manage a busy caseload of family law matters and a range of family law cases. You will provide tailored legal advice with a client‑centric approach. With the freedom to work autonomously, you'll handle a variety of files from start to finish with minimal supervision. The firm's steady influx of work ensures you'll be engaged and challenged, while still allowing for work‑life balance. A mid‑range lawyer and graduate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and receive excellent mentorship and support in developing their experience.
Qualifications
Suitable candidates will have post‑admission experience in family law or wills/probate and excellent time‑management skills. You must have formal qualifications recognised for practice in Australia. Ability to communicate effectively and work sensitively with clients is essential. Strong interpersonal and well‑developed relationship‑management skills are required.
Compensation & Benefits
Casual Loading : Please note for all Australian‑based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed‑term roles.
