About the Role
We are looking for a Despatch Coordinator to join our supportive team in the Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne. In this role, you\'ll play a vital part in ensuring jobs are accurately packed, labelled, and despatched on time, every time. You will be required to work Mon to Fri 6:00am to 2:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately despatch and deliver jobs on schedule
- Prepare consignment notes
- Pack, label, and manage stock control
- Process sales orders and organise proof of deliveries
- Support the Despatch Manager with daily tasks and KPIs
- Uphold safety standards and follow WHS procedures
About You
- Experience in warehouse or despatch work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exposure to Prism software is an advantage but not essential
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
