Job Title: Chief of Staff to the CEO
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Chief of Staff to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to the CEO, as well as leading key projects and initiatives.
About the Role:
The Chief of Staff will be a key member of our executive team, working closely with the CEO to achieve our organization's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing strategic advice and guidance to the CEO on a range of matters, including policy development, stakeholder engagement, and operational management.
* Leading key projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, managing budgets, and overseeing project teams.
* Representing the CEO at internal and external meetings, events, and forums.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public policy, or communications.
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or advisory role, preferably in a government agency or corporate setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
