Magden Constructions is seeking an Experienced Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our busy Company. We are construction company specialising in commercial fit outs, architecturally designed homes and other general construction. This is a casual role 2-3 days a week reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:
- Support Finance Manager with Accounts Payable/Receivable duties
- Bank and credit cards reconciliations
- Weekly payment run ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Assisting with weekly invoicing
- Payroll Processing, Superannuation, BAS IAS,
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Project Admin duties as required
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum Cert IV/Diploma specialising in accounting or bookkeeping
- Previous experience (min 2 years ) in accounts role is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic, reliable and honest
- Sound computer skills with Excel, Word & Outlook
- Able to work both as part of a team and independently
