Your New Role: Reporting to the Team Leader Revenue, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Revenue Officer to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. The Assistant Revenue Officer will assist in the maintenance of Council’s property database, issuing of Council's rates and charges notices, balancing of property ledgers and handling customer enquiries. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and council policies. About You: The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and work experience relevant to the role; excellent numeracy and literacy skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and a strong customer service focus.
